Nothing on TradeFlare — including but not limited to Bullish/Neutral/Bearish research outlooks, FlareScore ratings, reference levels, risk thresholds, illustrative upside scenarios, historical analysis data, or any AI-generated content — constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any security, or a recommendation tailored to your individual financial situation.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you enter, including share counts and prices, and for keeping your sign-in secure.
My List and holdings. Stocks you add are researched by our AI on a schedule. Marking a stock as owned and entering shares and cost is optional and is used only to compute your profit/loss, portfolio statistics and the portfolio review.
Holdings import. You may paste text or upload a screenshot of your own holdings to add several positions at once. You confirm that the information is yours to share. The import can misread numbers; you must review the rows before saving. We do not keep the pasted text or the image.
AI portfolio review. The review on the Portfolio page is automated commentary generated from the positions you entered and from the same research shown to every user. It is educational information only. It does not take into account your financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance or taxes, it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and it can be wrong. Portfolio figures are calculated from the data you entered and delayed market prices; they are not a statement of your account and may differ from your broker's figures.
We never hold your money or place trades. TradeFlare has no connection to your brokerage account.
Acceptance. Creating an account, or continuing to use account features after we notify you of an update, requires you to tick a box confirming you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We keep a record of the version you accepted and when.
TradeFlare and its operators, employees, and affiliates do not hold positions in the securities analysed on this platform and are not compensated — directly or indirectly — by any company whose stock appears in our analysis. Our signals are generated by AI models without human editorial override for financial gain.
If this policy ever changes, we will publish a clear disclosure on the relevant page before any analysis is published.
